Cucumber Salad Recipe Instructions: In a small saucepan, combine the vinegar, sugar, salt, and water. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar and salt have dissolved. Eliminate from the intensity and let cool. In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers and dill (if using). Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumbers and toss to coat. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until chilled. Serve cold.You can also add other vegetables to the salad, such as red onions, bell peppers, or cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!
