Vanilla Cake Ingredients

3 tsp ghee 100 grams powdered sugar cup sweet curd 5-6 drops vanilla essence 100 grams flour a quarter teaspoon baking soda 3/4 tsp baking powder kg cream 

How to make Vanilla Cake

First of all, we will take a baking pan to make the cake and grease it with oil or ghee around it. After applying oil, we will keep a butter paper in it and apply oil on it. Then we will take a big pot or wok and keep it covered to heat on the gas on low flame. We will put a steel stand inside the pan. While the pot is hot, we will prepare the cake making mixture. For this we will take a vessel and put curd and sugar in it and mix it well. When both the things are mixed well then we will add vanilla essence and ghee and mix both. We will use it to heat the ghee here. You can also add rice oil or refined oil instead of ghee. After mixing, we will add flour to it and beat it well. We will use maida here after sifting it.

Vanilla Cake Recipe

If the mixture is a bit thick, then you can mix it by adding a little water. After mixing, we will add baking powder and baking soda to it and mix. Then we will put this prepared mixture in the baking pan and keep it in the heated vessel. Put a lid on the pot as well. We have to cook it for 35-40 minutes. After 35-40 minutes we will remove the lid and turn off the gas and leave it in the pot to cool down for a while. After 10-15 minutes we will take out the baking pan and separate the sides of the cake from the pan with a knife to separate the cake from the pan. This will make the cake come out easily. Now we will cut the cake into two parts. Our cake is ready. It remains only to decorate it.

Decorate Vanilla Cake

To decorate the cake, we will take out the cream in a mixer jar. Depending on the amount of cream you like on the cake, prepare the cream according to you. After taking out the cream in the jar, beat it well. The amount of cream that was put in its jar and after whipping it will be double. Cream has a sweetness, so we will not use sugar in it, if you like, you can also do it. We will prepare sugar syrup to keep the cake soft. For this, we will take some water in a bowl and mix it by adding a spoonful of powder. Then we will put half the sugar syrup on the top part of a cake and put the other part on top of the first one. Then we will apply sugar syrup on the second part also. After applying the sugar syrup, we will apply the cream on top and all around the cake. Use a card to plane the cream or you can also plane it with a knife Then we will put a cake in the fridge for some time. Due to which it cools down and it becomes easier to design over it. While the cake is cooling, we prepare the colored cream to make the design. To make the cream colorful, we will use liquid colors in it. You can also use dry oil here.

 Eggless Vanilla Cake

First of all, we will take out some cream in a bowl and use pink color in it. by which we make roses on the cake Then we will mix green color with cream in another bowl. From which we will make leaves on the cake. To make the cake more beautiful, we will add yellow color to some cream and use it too. I am using three colors in this recipe, you can use any color as per your choice. After 10-15 minutes we will take out the cake and make rose flowers and leaves on it. We will also use a yellow colored cream between the rose leaves. We will apply all the remaining cream on the four sides of the cake. There are many nozzles available in the market for making flowers and leaves on the cake. Even if you do not have it, you can also design any sauce bottle or polythene by making a cone. Our beautiful cake is ready.
