Ingredients of Chocolate Cake- 

Butter and flour to coat the cake pan 3 cups flour 3 cups boora 1 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tbsp baking soda 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 tsp salt 4 large eggs 1 1/2 cups buttermilk 1 1/2 cups hot water 1/2 cup oil 2 tsp vanilla extract


How to make Chocolate Cake- 

 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter the three 9-inch cake rounds. Dust the flour and tap out the excess. In a mixer, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt using low speed. Combine eggs, buttermilk, hot water, oil, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed till smooth. (This will only take a few minutes.) Now divide this batter among three cake rounds. (Dividing this batter evenly will take 3 cups of batter in one cake round.) Bake for 30-35 minutes and to check, insert a toothpick in the center of the cake, if the toothpick does not come out clean, it means you have to bake it for some more time. Let the cake cool completely for 15-20 minutes. Decorate this yummy chocolate cake with your choice of frosting and serve it after dinner or over evening coffee.
 

Ingredients of Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting-

 1 1/2 cups melted butter 8 oz cream cheese softened 1 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder 3 tsp vanilla extract 7-8 cups boora 1/4 cup milk (if needed)


How to make Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting 

In a large bowl, beat together the butter and cream cheese until fluffy, using a hand mixer or a stand mixer. Add cocoa powder and vanilla extract to this mixture and beat until this mixture is mixed well. Now in this mixture, add boora little by little, remembering 1 cup at a time. Now mixing milk in this solution, but only as much as it helps in spreading this solution well. Remember the frosting should be thick and will thicken when refrigerated. Now you can apply this frosting on your cake base however you want and you can make your cake very tasty.
