Russet Potato Recipes
Baked Potato Wedges
Cut russet potatoes into thin wedges and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake
them in the oven at 425°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve
Loaded Potato Skins
Cut russet potatoes in half and scoop out the flesh. Brush the skins with olive oil and bake
at 400°F for 15 minutes. Fill the skins with cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and
sour cream. Bake for an additional 9 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Potato Gratin
Thinly slice russet potatoes and layer them in a baking dish. Mix together heavy cream,
minced garlic, and shredded Gruyere cheese, and pour over the potatoes. Bake in the

and beef or vegetable broth and simmer until the mixture thickens. Spread the mixture in
the bottom of a baking dish and top with mashed russet potatoes. Bake in the oven at 375°F
for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Form into small balls or croquettes and fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown.
Roasted Potatoes

for 30-35 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown. Serve as a side dish or snack.
